Initial ConsultationThis is the starting point of the creative process and essential step for any new landscape project. During the on-site 60 to 90 minute consultation, we'll explore your vision, discuss styles, materials, budget and identify the best approach for your property. A rudimentary concept sketch is often developed during the meeting to help visualize ideas. The consultation fee is $225 plus applicable taxes. Additional time is billed at $150/hour.
Conceptual DrawingsAter the site analysis is complete, we begin developing a conceptual plan that brings your ideas to life. This professional design is drawn to scale and provides a clear visual representation of your future landscape. The conceptual plan includes the layout of hardscape elements, planting areas, and details regarding plants, materials, finishes, and primary design features.
Final Detailed Design
Once the concept is approved, we refine the plan into a final detailed design. This stage includes all specifications required for accurate installation - grading, plant list, material selection, colours, landscape lighting, and structural details (if required) ensuring your landscape is built exactly as intended.
Typical Design Investment
Landscape design fees generally range from $1500 - $3000+ for a front or backyard, while full property range from $3000 - $6000+ depending on project size and complexity. For clients who wish to visualize their new landscape in greater details, 3D rendering services are available. These lifelike renderings help you see the design from multiple perspectives and better understand spatial relationships. 3D rendering work is billed hourly at $150/hour.
